Simple abs workout just need a yoga mat you can do it at home
簡單的核心運動,不需要上健身房只需要一個瑜珈墊,就可以在家做

During the workout if you are tire you can hug your knees to your chest rest for 5-10secs and then keep going.

做的過程中如果累了,可以把膝蓋彎曲,靠近胸部,雙手抱膝,休息5到10秒,再繼續(影片中有示範)

注意:要記得保持呼吸流暢不要憋氣 。
